1. Shipping Selection Requirement:

   • All cards will be held until the Shipping Form is completed and a shipping method is selected through the Withdraw Cards page on our website menu.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia):

   • A flat fee of $14.99 applies.

3. International Shipping:

   • A flat fee of $29.99 applies.

   • For orders exceeding a certain value, additional charges may be quoted at the discretion of JakesBreakz. These charges will be agreed upon prior to purchase.

4. Shipping Method:

   • All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments.

5. Responsibility:

   • Once the package is shipped and a tracking number is provided, JakesBreakz is not responsible for any errors, delays, or losses caused by Australia Post, including missing, lost, or stolen packages.

Returns and Refunds

1. No Returns Policy:

   • Due to the nature of the business, no returns or refunds are accepted once card breaks are completed and the cards have been shipped.

2. Change of Mind Policy:

   • Refunds for change of mind are not offered.

   • In exceptional circumstances, store credit may be provided at JakesBreakz's discretion. This store credit can be used toward future purchases and ensures flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our policy.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

   • For extreme cases, JakesBreakz will review and assess the case individually. Refunds, if approved, will be processed in the form of store credit.

4. Damaged Cards:

   • While JakesBreakz takes utmost care in packaging cards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition, we are not liable for damage incurred during shipping.
